New Year's Eve at Walt Disney World

The Christmas season is one of the busiest times of the year for Disney World. The festivals begin in late November and continue through New Year's.

If you're planning to spend New Year's Eve at Disney World, you need to plan to come early or you may not be able to get into any of the theme parks. Do not be fooled into thinking a dining pass guarantees you entry into that park—although you may get into the park, it may not be the one where you planned to spend New Year's Eve.

You can enjoy one of the Specialty New Year's Eve cruises for a rental of $495.01 (tax included) for a party of eight or $545.01 for a party of ten. You can also find other Fireworks' cruises available beginning at $225 including tax and includes boat, driver, snacks, water and soda.

Guests can order a catered dinner to be served on the boats if they desire. You must book your cruise at least 90 days in advance.

In addition to the cruises, you will find several celebrations going on at Disney restaurants where you can begin with dinner and continue with dancing to bring in the New Year in style.

Wherever you choose to be on New Year's Eve, you are sure to have a good time and enjoy bringing in the New Year with the characters and staff of Walt Disney World, MGM Studios, Magic Kingdom, and all the theme parks that are reminiscent of the Disney World adventure.
